EdPlace
EdPlace was created by a team of education and IT experts seeking to provide an online resource for parents, teachers and tutors. The first subject offered was Maths which could be found on the site enjoymaths.co.uk. It was launched in August 2005.
After a very successful first 12 months, two new subjects were launched: English and Science. These, along with Maths, are on this site, edplace.co.uk. Maths can now be found on both this and the EnjoyMaths sites.
EdPlace is a subscription-based online education tool. It comprises over 2,000 home tuition worksheets that cover all topics in the core subjects; Maths worksheets, English worksheets and Science worksheets. They follow the National Curriculum from Key Stages 1 to 4. All content has been compiled by professional teachers. EdPlace is a registered Curriculum Online content provider and retailer.
Once subscribed, the customer goes to the website www.edplace.co.uk. A subject is chosen (Maths, English or Science) and the year required. A list of topics appears. When one is selected a worksheet is created. All maths, science and english worksheets can be printed out and completed offline. A significant proportion can also be completed online.

Edplace Subscription Rates
There are 4 types of subscription: parent, teacher/tutor, trainee teacher and school. Each is on a one month, 3 month, half-yearly or yearly basis; primary or secondary; Maths, English or Science. The rate for a parent is £11.50 per calendar month, either primary or secondary, per subject.
Company History
EdPlace is the trading name for the company Enjoy Maths Ltd. Enjoy Maths launched a website enjoymaths.co.uk in September 2005. It offered a similar product to EdPlace, but only Maths. In December 2006 edplace.co.uk went live offering all 3 subjects.
Our guiding light is that it’s not just about understanding a topic, it’s about mastering it. EdPlace enables pupils and students to practice, practice, practice until a topic has been mastered by using the unique feature of refreshing a worksheet at the touch of a button.
The structure of learning with EdPlace is founded on the three proven educational principles of Practice, Reward, Move Up. These ensure the child under tuition is sufficiently engaged and motivated to practice what they have learnt until perfect.
All our home tuition worksheets are based on National Curriculum requirements for Key Stages 1-4. We have been accredited as an official, government-recognised provider of educational content by Curriculum Online.
